My 45+ years of fretted-instrumentmaking experience have instilled into my work a degree of precision and consistency that only time and persistent attention can achieve. My spanish/classic guitars usually follow the Torres tradition, as exemplified by the makers Manuel Hernandez (1895-1975) and Victoriano Aguado (1897-1982) of the Madrid school, characterized by an optimum lightness of structure that leads to an extraordinary depth, clarity and roundness of tone.
